Ethicalr Channel FAQs

Our Ethical Channel provides MS professionals and third parties alike with a tool for reporting any breach of the Control Framework that regulates our activity or the Laws that apply to our services. Information received about unethical or illegal conduct will be used in determining appropriate disciplinary action based on the breach and to prevent similar conduct in the future.

There is an obligation to report any non-compliance that has materialized or is in the process of materializing. In the same way, any non-compliance of which you are aware as a witness should be reported.

Our Ethical Channel is operated by the firm's Global QA Head, an external manager who ensures maximum rigor and professionalism in the investigation and who acts independently of the various Line and/or Internal Department managers.

The information can be reported through the Ethical Channel, or directly to the firm's Global QA Head by telephone, Teams, e-mail or in person.

Not necessarily. Our Ethical Channel tool allows information to be reported anonymously so that no one will ever know the identity of the informant. The reporting process is managed under the principles of independence, objectivity, confidentiality, data protection, secrecy of communications, guarantees for the persons affected by the information and absence of reprisals for people reporting in good faith. These principles, together with the fact that the whistleblowing channel is managed externally and that an external certifying entity annually attests to the proper operation of the system, ensure that the reporting process is securely managed. That is why informants are encouraged to identify themselves, as they can safely do so whilst helping to make the investigation more efficient.

Bona fide informants are protected against any potential retaliation as their identity is kept confidential, remaining anonymous at all times.
