Mr. Miguel Ángel Poblet, partner at Management Solutions, presented the Association with the donation raised through our Kilometers of Solidarity activity
More than 500 professionals from Management Solutions participated in the third edition of Kilometers of Solidarity, held in February, an initiative that aimed to convert each kilometer run by the participants into one euro to be donated to the research projects of the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
Thanks to the commitment of our professionals on a global scale, in just one week 11,783 kilometers were walked or run, which the Firm converted into 11,783 Euros.
Mr. Miguel Ángel Poblet, Partner at Management Solutions, and Ms. María Díaz, Supervisor in the Firm's Marketing and Communications department, met with members of the Association's management team, including Ms. Isabel Bauluz, Manager of the Association's Madrid office, Ms. María Laviña, Head of Economic Sustainability, and Ms. María Gabriela Valle, Key Account Manager, at the Association's headquarters in Madrid to present the donation and learn first-hand about the free services offered to patients and their families.
The Spanish Association Against Cancer is a non-profit organization that has been working for more than 70 years in the fight against cancer, offering support to patients and their families, promoting prevention and health education programs, accompanying patients and their families, and funding cancer research projects that will enable better diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
