On July 19, Management Solutions' Yearly Meeting 2024 was held at the Royal Theater in Madrid, attended by more than 1,600 professionals from all of the Firm's units and with Mr. Óscar García Maceiras, CEO of INDITEX, as guest speaker
During the event, the theme of which was "Problem Solving", Mr. Alfonso Serrano-Suñer, Chairman of Management Solutions, reviewed the Firm's strategic foundations, the results achieved in fiscal year 2024 and the challenges for FY 2025, grouped according to the Firm's six strategic axes: diversification, profitable growth, innovation R&D, human resources management, communication and organizational flexibility. Prior to this, Mr. Ignacio Layo, Partner at the Firm, reviewed the macroeconomic environment and the outlook for the coming year.
Mr. Óscar García Maceiras, CEO of INDITEX, participated in the event as guest speaker, giving an overview of the keys to the successful business model of this major international leader in the fashion business.
In addition, thanks to the close collaboration between Management Solutions and the Reina Sofía School of Music, those present were able to enjoy musical performances and, as a final touch, Mr. Miguel Quero, Ms. Ana Serrano, Mr. Alberto Zainos and Ms. Natalia Zardoya, professionals from the Firm, took to the stage to perform the song with which the Management Solutions team won the inter-company singing competition "La Voz Cantante" (The Singing Voice).
